Exquisite Spa Experience

The spa at The Reef 28 was heavenly! I indulged in very nice massages and treatments that were worth every penny. I had a wonderful week at Reef 28, where the location is ideal, just a short stroll from the beach and the vibrant 5th Avenue. The accommodations were modern and clean, and the service was exceptional—especially from staff like Christian and Francisco who really made our stay memorable. However, I did find some areas needing improvement, like the chilly pool temperature and slow restaurant service during peak times, which detracted from the overall experience a bit.
